Jeff leads our growth strategy in Zone AMS with a strong passion for innovation and a remarkable talent for inspiring and energizing his teams.
Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from DePauw University (US) and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He speaks English, Spanish and French.
Jeff started his career with Purina back in 1991 as a Sales Representative for Ralston Purina in the U.S. He spent his first four years in sales before moving into the marketing group, where he worked on a variety of brands and categories including Beneful and Purina ONE. From 2003 to 2005, Jeff served as Director of Marketing for the Purina Global Strategic Business Unit.
In 2005, Jeff moved to Australia, where he assumed a role as Vice President of Marketing for Nestlé Purina across Asia, Oceania and Africa.
Between 2008 and 2014, roles as European Director for Generation Demand at Nestlé Purina Europe and as President of Nestlé Purina Canada took Jeff to the Lausanne Area in Switzerland and to Missisauga, Canada.
In 2014, Jeff began leading Nestlé USA’s Foods Division. During his time as President of Nestlé Foods Division, the division successfully contributed to expanding Nestlé product distribution to new areas. In this role, Jeff also assumed responsibility for brand strategy, consumer marketing and business profit and loss. Within twelve months, he improved the business performance from negative to positive growth.
Jeff was then promoted to President and CEO of Nestlé Canada from 2018 to 2021, where he over-delivered high performance targets across 5 businesses for three consecutive years. From 2021, he served as CEO of Purina PetCare Zone Europe, based at Purina’s European headquarters in Switzerland.
Effective 1 July 2025, Nestlé’s Board of Directors appointed Jeff as Chief Executive Officer Zone Americas (AMS) and member of the Group Executive Board.
